Pay4Prompt is an AI-assisted writing and research service. We use artificial intelligence tools, reviewed by humans, to fulfill customer requests. We are not a law firm, medical provider, financial advisor, or government agency. Nothing we produce constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. Account and Wallet

• Account balances do not expire.
• Funds are non-transferable between accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate so we can locate your account.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By funding your account, you authorize the applicable charge. Minimum funding amount is $5.00. Funds are debited from your wallet when a request is submitted.

See our Refund Policy for full details. Generally, completed work is non-refundable. Unused account balance may be refunded at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pay4Prompt to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Produce content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Generate spam, misinformation, or fraudulent documents
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit requests on behalf of incarcerated individuals that violate facility rules

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request at our sole discretion.

7. AI Disclaimer

All content is generated using AI and reviewed by a human before delivery. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Pay4Prompt is not liable for decisions made based on our content.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pay4Prompt. By using this service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

9. Intellectual Property

Content delivered to you is for your personal or business use. Pay4Prompt retains no ownership over completed deliverables. The Pay4Prompt name, logo, and website design are protected by copyright.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pay4Prompt is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific request at issue.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
